“THE VOLUNTEER GROUP”–Twenty one non-government organizations based in Dagupan City have joined hands to form what they call “The Volunteer Group” whose representatives recently signed a memorandum of understanding (MOA) with Mayor Benjie S. Lim (fourth from left, back row) in response to the mayor’s rallying battle cry that “our city is our shared responsibility.” The group’s leaders proudly display the MOA, which provides among other things, that The Volunteer Group will cooperate with the city government in pursuing and extending public assistance as may be necessary.
