LEFTOVER RELIEF GOODS–The Dagupan City Social Welfare Office last Friday became the scene of a surprise “inspection” by several mediamen who found expired noodles in one bodega of the agency and boxes of Milo drinks due to expire in November this year in another bodega. City Social Welfare officer Elsa Santillan said the goods are leftovers from the relief operations during Typhoon Pepeng last year. Mayor Benjamin S. Lim has ordered an investigation on the matter.
