THEY ARE ANTI-HOUSE CON-ASS—Students and young professionals raise their clenched fists to express their solidarity with Archbishop Oscar V. Cruz of the Lingayen Dagupan Archdiocese during the rally in Dagupan City in opposing the H.R. 1109 convening a Constituent Assembly without the participation of the Senate. The rally attended by some 3,000 people was also addressed by Rep. Jose de Venecia Jr. who punctuated his speech decrying the passage of the bill with a thumb down sign.
