Dr. Lu Fernandez passes away
THE PROVINCE’S prominent cardiologist, Dr. Luciano F. Fernandez, 79, passed away last May 2, 2009 at the Pangasinan Medical Center in Dagupan City.
He is survived by children and spouses, Winnie & Alice, and Malu & Kevin, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Walurich & Raymond Dacanay, Richie & Chris, Luciano Lu & Joanabelle, Crystal & Felix, Wanda & Simon, and Annie Lu & JV.
His remains lie in state at the Eternal Gardens Chapel.
Interment will be on May 7, 2009 after an 8 a.m. mass at the Eternal Gardens, Dagupan City.
