THE Young Women’s Christian Association (YWCA) of Dagupan City, currently headed by Dr. Perla Cornel, hosted the YWCA of the Philippines’ 3rd Northern Luzon Cluster Conference on March 21-22 at the Dagupan City Water District office.

Mayor Alipio F. Fernandez Jr. was the event’s guest of honor and Speaker.

Florida Jose, national president, and other national directors were also in attendance.

YWCA, a world movement affiliated with the World YWCA based in Geneva, Switzerland.
