Decano earns first Padilla Professorial Chair grant
COUNCILOR Farah Decano is the first grantee of the Padilla Professorial Chair at the Pan Pacific University North Philippines in Urdaneta City.
Dr. Romeo T. Padilla, the university president, said the Padilla Professorial Chair was created to enhance the legal knowledge of the College of Law and Criminology students.

The Padilla Professorial Chair lecture series started on January 13, followed by two others on February 11 and March 11.
The topics discussed in the 1st and 2nd lecture series were Anti-Violence Against Women and their Children (R.A. 9262) and Marital Rape and Sexual Harassment. The third lecture was on Anti- Human Trafficking. #
