RECLAMATION STOPPED—A small shanty stands on a backfilled area of the Calmay River beside the Jose R. de Venecia Sr. Expressway Extension in Dagupan City. The backfilling being undertaken by 888 Dagupan Properties Inc. was stopped by Mayor Alipio Fernandez Jr. following the suspension of the firm’s Environmental Compliance Certificate.
