BARRIO SCHOOLS PROGRAM THE Federation of Filipino Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry Inc.’s (FFCCCII) Operation: Barrio Schools Program donated 6,800 units equivalent to 13,600 classrooms across the Philippines since 1961. Bonifacio Lui, chairman of the Welfare Committee of FFCCCII, said after the turn over of two units in Lingayen on July 19 that the Federation continues to build classrooms with the province of Pangasinan getting the lion’s share.
