House, school library damaged by ‘piccolo’

A HOUSE and a school were partially burnt after ‘piccolo’ firecrackers were exploded near them during the Yuletide revelry. F/Inspector Romie Tungpalan, acting city fire marshal of Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) in Dagupan City, said two cases were recorded in the province last December 25 and January 2, respectively.
