Dagupan celebrates 63rd anniversary on June 20

The theme for this year’s celebration is “Progreso na Bahley, Responsibilidad na Balang Sinansakey.” Mayor Benjamin Lim will reportedly underscore the importance of keeping the Pangasinan language alive but promoting its use by Pangasinenses.
