LINGAYEN–Most of the incumbent mayors in the province, under the party of re-elected Governor Amado Espino Jr. and those belonging to other parties supporting him, were re-elected. These are led by three unopposed mayoralty candidates, namely: Vivien Villar (Sto. Tomas), Amado Espino III (Bautista) and Rodrigo Orduna (Bugallon).
