City provides life vests to banca operators

MOTORIZED banca operators and rowers, locally called bangkeros, plying the Calmay and Pantal rivers were provided with life vests by the Dagupan City government to promote safe travel. At least 67 life vests were distributed by Mayor Alipio Fernandez Jr. to rowers and another 60 for operators of motorized banca.
