THE Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) conferred the Bagwis Award to 11 business firms in Pangasinan in recognition of their best trade practices and proper services to their clients last week in Vigan City.

Provincial Director Peter Mangabat of DTI-Pangasinan said the Bagwis Program seeks to create an environment where entrepreneurship upholds fair and honest business practices through voluntary self-regulation.

The Bagwis Silver awardees are Mazda Dagupan, Smart Saver Trading Corporation and CJ Fernandez Enterprises, Inc.-Lucao.

The Bagwis Bronze awardees are Tycoon Machine Works; De Leon Wash and Wax Accessories; Urdaneta Lumber and Hardware; Servito’s Bakeshop-Urdaneta; CA-MARA Electronic and Refrigeration, Airconditioning Service Center; LXS Builders; J.R.B.D. Auto Repair Shop; and Alex’s Construction Supply. (AMM_PIA Pangasinan)
