Over 16,000 jobs up for grabs at mega job fairs
MORE than 16,000 jobs both local and abroad will be offered at the mega job fairs organized by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) –Eastern Pangasinan.
Fresnaida Gundan, chief of DOLE-Eastern Pangasinan, said jobseekers can directly apply for the job openings on April 22 at the CB Mall in Urdaneta City and May 1 at the SM Rosales in Rosales town, from 8:00 in the morning to 5:00 in the afternoon.
The jobs fair aims to bring job opportunities closer to Pangasinenses from eastern part of the province seeking employment especially fresh graduates aspiring to work locally or abroad. In most fairs, at least 15 percent of the total applicants are hired on the spot.
Over 50 companies and local and overseas job placement agencies will join the mega jobs fair.
