DTI tests imported sanitary wares

DTI Pangasinan conducted sampling, inspection and inventory of imported sanitary wares of Ramjon Trading in Tayug, Pangasinan that will be used for the newly constructed school building in Pozorrubio Central School in Pangasinan, a project of Congressman Kimi S. Cojuangco.

The imported sanitary ware samples will be forwarded to accredited/recognized testing laboratories in National Capital Region to ensure that the imported sanitary wares conform wth the Philippine National Standard 156:2000, Sanitary Ware Specifications.

Products that fall under BPS product certification scheme may it be imported or locally manufactured are required to undergo testing on DTI accredited/recognized testing laboratories to ensure that mandatory products conforms with the Philippine National Standard.
