Sights and sound fill Tourism Expo

LINGAYEN–Experience revelry packed with a fiesta atmosphere as summer’s sights and sounds fill the air of the nightly Tourism Expo here which opened April 19 and will continue until May 4.

Ma. Luisa A. Elduayan, chief of Pangasinan Tourism Office, said the 6th Tourism and Trade Expo will be on from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. daily, alongside performances from the provincial government’s very own Banda ni ATE, Caboloan Performing Arts Guild, some local and Manila-based band, and Insyong Tamayo.

The expo was opened with a musical treat and entertainment from Banda ni ATE and Insyong.

Entertainment for the second night up to April 23, dubbed Musical Night, Videoke Caravan, Ballroom Dancing Party, and Divas Night will be provided by the Caboloan Performing Arts Guild.

Acoustic lovers will get the chance to shake their stress away and relax with local band serenading them until late nights of April 24, 26 ,28, May 2 and 4.

Summer Hawaiian Night is another moment to reckon with on April 25, again with Caboloan Performing Arts leading the entertainment.

Pangasinenses and visitors alike will also be treated with a Movie Caravan on April 27 and May 3 right at the Pangasinan Training and Development Center (PTDC) where the expo is held.

Happy Hour and Summer Night is a definite hit among the young ones on April 29 followed by Dance Showdown on April 30.

May 1, the main night of the Pista’y Dayat celebration (main night), will be highlighted with the performance of Manila based Band.  (PIO/Ruby R. Bernardino)
