No. 74 and 29349 are the subject of extrajudicial partition with deed of absolute sale in favor of PAUL FRANCIS T. CO and JUDE JOANNES T. CO, under Doc. No. 423; Page No. 86; Book No. LII; Series of 2014, under Notary Public Albino V. Gonzales.
