Notice is hereby given that a estate left by the late MAGDALENA MUNAR, and VICENTE SERRANA SR., who died intestate on April 12, 1991 and July 13, 2004 at Sison and San Fabian, Pangasinan, consisting of a Two (2) parcels of land both situated at San Fabian, Pangasinan, containing an area of 17,490 sqmtrs, and 14,193 sqmtrs, more or less, covered by TCT of Title No. 68908 and 68910, are the subject of extrajudicial settlement of estate with partition and donation in favor of RODRIGO that certain 5830 sqmtrs, ROLANDO that certain 5830 sqmtrs, AND RENATO that certain 5830 sqmtrs, all surnamed SERRANA, under Doc. No. 80; Page No. 17; Book No. 112; Series of 2014, under Notary Public Cora Jane P. Baleros.
