Survived by his loving wife Lorenza Estevez and children Lorelie, Nida, Leizle, Alfredo II, Lorraine, Lisle, Alfredo III and Lorenza.
A Mangatarem Institute High School Valedictorian, elementary valedictorian, U-Pang cum laude -commerce, certified public accountant, Dean and professor Virgin Milagrosa University – San Carlos. Good speaker, debator when occasion invite him. Intelligent man with good heart.
During his U-Pang days, he was an active student officer. He and Nap Donato were school teammates, they talked same language in school politics. Before his death, he recalled their heydays in U-Pang politics and Madam Marrieta Sorio on school matters. His achievements proved his dedication of Pangasinan province and his town.
Manong Fred, he is now with God, in eternal peace.
