BAMBOO POLES FOR FISHPENS—As Typhoon Crising is about to lash out Pangasinan on Friday, July 18, a big truck unloads bamboo poles on the right side of Jose de Venecia Expressway Extension facing the Calmay River, to be towed later by two or more bancas to an unknown destination in one of the island barangays of Dagupan, where they will be again made into fish pens, a contraption long considered as not environment-friendly.
