THE Guico administration was conferred two SubayBAYANI Awards this year, an annual recognition given by the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) for good practice, innovation, and excellence in local infrastructure services and programs.

In two separate awarding ceremonies held recently, Pangasinan received the SubayBAYANI Awards Exemplars at the national level while the Provincial Engineering Office (PEO) was cited for finishing third in the Provincial LGU Category.

The provincial government was a consistent SubayBAYANI awardee at the regional level from 2022 to 2024 with i five big-ticket programs of the provincial administration under Gov. Ramon Guico III.

“Ako ay nagagalak dahil narecognize nila yung efforts natin sa mga infra projects natin at dahil nakuha din natin ang award sa national level. Sa susunod, pag-igihin natin yung mga projects natin para makakuha ulit tayo ng mga awards na ganito,” Engr. Amadeo B. Veras, PEO chief, said. (PIMRO/CCB/JO)
