Sipalay, Jr. Bishop of Alaminos Diocese and priests from Archdiocese of Lingayen-Dagupan, Dioceses of Urdaneta and Alaminos as concelebrants for the Marian Prayer Voyage for peace in the West Philippines Sea and for safety of fishermen of Infanta town.
