DROPPING WATER LEVEL — Personnel of the San Roque Power Corporation closely monitoring water level at the San Roque Dam in San Manuel town reported that as of April 25, the water level was 230.14 meters above sea level (masl), or 50 masl below the normal 280 masl. The current level can still provide 115 MW of power to the Luzon Grid daily. The water level becomes critical if it drops to 225 masl. (Punchphoto by Cesar Ramirez)
