HELLO CSWD! WHERE ARE YOU?– Three homeless families have camped out under the Pantal-Lucao Bridge De Venecia Diversion Road (AB Fernandez Ave. West) Dagupan City for the past 2 months and their presence there seems to be invisible to the City Social Welfare Department. If the families are not relocated, soon the area will be teeming with more homeless families that risk vehicular accidents and injuries to children playing in the area. (Punchphoto by Butch Uka)
