PARTIAL LUNAR ECLIPSE – PUNCH’s chief photojournalist Willie Lomibao took this photo of a partial lunar eclipse after a “blood moon”, over the skies of Dagupan City at 7:49 PM on November 8, 2022.  In Dagupan City it was cloudy before and after the total eclipse. It  was hardly visible and only succeeded to catch the eclipse at 7:49 PM.
