FISH FEEDS FOR ILLEGAL FISH PENS – Cargo handlers, assisted by hired boatmen, unload their deliveries along the De Venecia Highway ordered by illegal fish pen owners for their continued operations despite the Dagupan City government’s directive to dismantle and stop all fish pen operations in the island barangays.
