SEALED WITH A KISS — Two couples laugh at themselves after asking Mayor Brian Lim, who officiated the Mass Wedding, to ask couples to seal their marriage with a second kiss “because the first one was only a trial.”  The occasion was one of the events of Bangus Festival 2022 at the  Dagupan City Astrodome.
