SOME 1.3 million individuals in Pangasinan are already fully vaccinated as of Dec. 27, according to the Provincial Health Office (PHO).

She said some 1.7 million individuals have been administered the first dose of COVID-19 vaccines, which translates to 78 percent.

She expressed elation that the increasing number of vaccinated persons is an indication of the growing level of confidence of communities in the rollout of vaccination campaign for their protection.

De Guzman said the municipal and health offices are administering COVID-19 jabs without letup.

She also assured communities that the province has enough supply of vaccines and can accommodate more Pangasinenses wanting to get vaccinated.

Meanwhile, De Guzman urged the public to be watchful, be alert and be well-informed amid the threat of the Omicron variant and to be fully compliant with the set health and distancing protocols during the holidays. (Jerick Pasiliao)
