Communist front group chair surrenders
A RANKING member of a Communist Front Organization (CFP) in Pangasinan surrendered and took his allegiance to the government last November 26.
Rodolfo “Pong” Natividad, 61, withdrew his support to the Communist Terrorist Group (CTG) and this was documented and witnessed by the Regional Intelligence Unit (RIU), Provincial Intelligence Team (PIT), Regional Intelligence Division (RID), 105th Regional Mobile Force Battalion 1 and the Bayambang Police held at the barangay hall of Barangay Cadre Site in Bayambang town.
Natividad was an active chairman of the Ulupan ed Umbaley ed Camp Gregg Military Reservation (UUECGMA) based on records seized by police and military authorities from the underground Regional White Area Committee-Central Luzon Regional Committee which operates in the Tarlac-Zambales-Pangasinan area.
The PNP Provincial Office tagged UUECGMA as a group under the umbrella of the Alyansa ng Magsasaka sa Gitnang Luzon affiliated with the AnakPawis party list group in Congress.
After his documentation, Natividad was turned over to Barangay Captain Roberto Diolazo of Barangay Cadre Site in Bayambang. (Leonardo Micua)
