Dagupan curfew reset to 12 MN to 3 A.M.
LIQUOR BAN LIFTED
AN executive order issued on November 16 by Dagupan City Mayor Brian Lim will reset the curfew hours in Dagupan City from 12:00 midnight to 3:00 a.m. beginning November 22, Monday.
Executive Order No. 43, series of 2021 prescribes the health and safety guidelines in conformity with the Alert Level 2 Community Quarantine Classification of Dagupan City given by the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID).
Further, it provides that the curfew hours may be shortened or extended depending on the actual public situation on a given period.
Among the salient provisions of the new E.O. include the lifting of the ban on the serving and public consumption of liquor and alcoholic beverages effective immediately and permission on the selling and distribution of liquor and alcoholic beverages remains effective.
The Bike and Run Day every early morning of Sunday along Jose de Venecia Expressway Extension will resume subject to the guidelines that may be adopted by the Dagupan City Sports Commission.
A maximum venue capacity for fully vaccinated individuals and those below 18 years of age, even if they are vaccinated and 70 percent outdoor venue capacity for certain establishments or activities provided that workers or employees of these establishments are fully vaccinated.
On the other hand, the use of face shields shall be voluntary without prejudice to establishments adopting guidelines requiring the use of face shield fads within their premises.
As to cockfighting and operation of cockpits, and other gaming establishments they are still not allowed to operate under E.O. 43. (Leonardo Micua)
