GOVERNOR Amado “Pogi” I. Espino filed his Certificate of Candidacy (COC) at the Provincial Comelec Office in Dagupan City People’s Astrodome on October 7, accompanied by his wife, Karina Padua Espino, for his reelection bid in the 2022 National Election.

Governor Espino confirmed he is running under PDP-Laban and Abante Pangasinan-Ilokano (API) as a regional political party.

He was joined by Board Member Nestor “Nikiboy” D. Reyes who is seeking a mandate as vice governor.

Governor Espino said his party’s early morning filing was part of their work ethics as public servants as he reiterated his call for unity among Pangasinenses to fight COVID-19.

Espino told his team.

Three weeks ago, nag-hire tayo ng 155.

Espino said a modified Abig Pangasinan Karaban will continue bringing services to Pangasinenses as soon as the COVID-19 cases would go down and the situation would stabilize in the province even as he stressed that his administration prioritizes delivery of health care facilities and expansion of hospitals in Pangasinan.
