ARIS Narte of the University of Luzon in Dagupan finished 7th among 13 finalists in the A-Final of 100-meter run men’s senior division last October 19 at PhilSports Track Oval in Pasig City.

The 21-year old athlete, a newcomer in the PATAFA weekly series, clocked in 10.97 seconds to surpass Alrhyan Labita of the University of the Philippines in the clutch with 10.98 seconds.

“I am honored to be here not just for the experience but the testament that I competed against the best sprinters in the country, I will come back stronger next year,” Narte said.
