Five teams win in Gov. Ramon Guico III Futsal Cup
FIVE teams won in the first Gov. Ramon Guico III Futsal Cup “Across Friendly Border” Tournament held last March 16 to 17 at the Narciso Ramos Sport and Civic Center in Lingayen in collaboration with the Pangasinan Football Association.
The winners were Sison FC (U19 and U15 Boys), Laoag City FC (U17 Boys), Bahamanan Dica FC (U17 Girls) and Mangaldan FC (Mixed U12).
“The masterplan of our leader of the province is to become the number one football hub in the nation,” said Pangasinan Sports and Development and Management Council (PSDMC) Head Leo Arnaiz who graced the opening ceremony of the football tilt.
The two-day invitational tourney was joined by 13 participating clubs: Binalonan Football Club, Sison Football Club, Pozorrubio United Football Association, Agoo Football Club, Lipit Football Club, Bahamanan Dica FC, Laoag City Football Club, Central Luzon Region Football Association, Manaoag United FC, Dagupan City Bangus FC, Salalan PaluuaFC, and Mangaldan FC.
