6th Bolinao Super 7 Football Cup lists winners
THE 6th Bolinao Super 7 Cup 7-Aside Football Tournament kicked off at the Pangasinan State University-Lingayen Campus on November 3, 2023 that saw the participation of 63 football clubs from various provinces, including Ilocos Norte, Baguio, Tuguegarao, Nueva Vizcaya, Pangasinan, Ifugao, Pampanga, and Manila.
Teams competed in different categories, including Men’s Open, Women’s Open, Born 2006, Born 2008, Born 2010, and Born 2012. The tournament featured challenging elimination, semifinal, and final rounds.
Among the winners were the University of Cordillera (Men’s Open), Pozorrubio United FA (Women’s Open), Rosario FC (Born 2008), Sual FC (Born 2006), Lamut United FC (Born 2012), and Bahamanan Dica FC (Born 2010).
Organized by the Pangasinan United Football Club Inc. and led by founder Floyd Crisologo in collaboration with PSU Lingayen President Elbert Galas, the Bolinao Super 7 has evolved into the province’s largest football tournament. It originated in 2016 with 75 teams and has since become an annual fixture.
Crisologo, the founder of PUFC, reiterated his commitment to sustain Pangasinan’s most prestigious football cup, as a platform to showcase skills, instill discipline, and foster camaraderie among grassroots football talents in the region. (Kim Gealogo)
