PANGASINAN is set to host the two-day Philippine Football Federation (PFF) Festival of Football (FOF) 2023 on October 14-15 at the Narciso Ramos Sports and Civic Center.

This event is an activity of the Northern Luzon Cluster that includes provinces of Ilocos Sur, Ilocos Norte, Isabela, Cagayan, and Pangasinan.

Each participating province is represented by its Football Association, fielding four grassroots teams, resulting in a total of 20 teams if all five provinces have four teams each.

Age group categories include girls aged 15, boys aged 14, girls aged 13, and boys aged 12.

The tournament will be attended by PFF officials: Dave Javellana, head of the Grassroots of the Philippines; Alan Martinez, head of the Referees Department; and Tetsuya Tsuchida, a PFF consultant for Youth Development from Japan.
