AN initial 2,630 scholars out of the 6,000 for the school year 2025-2026 received their grants from the Dagupan City government led by Mayor Belen Fernandez on August 10.

Alongside the grant distribution, scholars who just graduated with Latin Honors were given their respective cash incentives of P10,000 for the Magna Cum laude and P5,000 for Cum Laude.

GOODBYE GUTOM IN BARANGAY CALMAY

NUTRITIOUS pancit canton was distributed in Barangay Calmay on August 10 under the Goodbye Gutom Program of Mayor Belen T. Fernandez.

Monde Nuvi chocolate milk drink were also given to each child in the barangay led by Kap. Joven Salayog and former Kapitana Evangelista dela Cruz. The program aims to provide sufficient nutrition to all children in Dagupan.

BAYANIHAN IN BARANGAY BINLOC

THE bayanihan spirit is alive and well in Dagupan City with the continued distribution of relief goods to those affected by the recent storms and flooding.

The August 10 stop was Barangay Bonuan Binloc, with residents receiving basic food items, while expectant mothers were given sleeping mats through the support of Dr. Ashok G. Vasandani.

Councilors Atty. Joey Tamayo, Dra. Jaja Cayabyab and Marcelino Fernandez of Team Unliserbisyo joined the bayanihan.
