FORTY-three officials and employees of Dagupan City Government participated in the Emergency Operation Center Training at the E-Library Building, Dagupan City on November 22-24, 2023. The Office of Civil Defense Regional Office 1 through the Capacity Building and Training Section facilitated the activity. Vice Mayor Hon. Dean Bryan L. MAYOR Belen Fernandez said she’s very proud of what Dagupeños have achieved for the city, notwithstanding the odds. She cited their determination to make Dagupan a prosperous city that made Department of Trade and Industry, Region 1 choose the city as Top 1 Most Competitive in infrastructure, 2nd Place in  Economic Dynamism, and 3rd Place in Resiliency in times of calamity. 30 FARMERS RECEIVE FREE PALAY FROM DEPARTMENT OF AGRCIULTURE

THE Department of Agriculture provided livelihood assistance by distributing palay to 30 farmers in Barangays Salisay, Mangin and Malued City, in support of the food security agenda of President “Bongbong” Marcos Jr., for the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) for the promotion of sustainable agriculture.
