POSO enforcer arrested for selling shabu

A MEMBER of the Public Order and Safety Office (POSO) of Binmaley town was arrested by the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) and the Pangasinan Police Provincial Office last January 29 in a drug buy-bust operation.
The suspect, Rullie Molano, a drug high value target (HVT), was a former member of the Integrated National Police and a former jail officer at the Pangasinan Provincial Jail.
He fell in a dragnet set by the PDEA and the police in Barangay Biec, Binmaley when he transacted business with an undercover agent wanted to buy one sachet of shabu.
Molano arrived at the site in his motorized tricycle and was promptly arrested by the undercover agent after the former handed one heat-sealed sachet of shabu containing one-half gram valued at P3,400, and accepted payment.
The marked P500 bill and four pieces of boodle money were seized from the suspect.
Milano was charged for violating of Section 5, Article III of Republic Act 9165. (Butch Uka)
