PCW, LGU-Pangasinan conduct Hybrid Training on VAWC and GBV

Philippine Commission on Women (PCW) Undersecretary Sandra S. Montano (top, left photo) leads the 2-day Hybrid Training on Violence Against Women and Children (VAWC) and Gender-Based Violence (GBV) for Barangay VAW Officers and VAW Desk Officers of the Pangasinan Provincial Police Office (PPO) held at The President Hotel on April 21-22. The training aims to equip VAW officers to help them handle and respond effectively on VAWC and GBV in the community. Usec.
