The provincial government of Pangasinan through the Pangasinan Environment and Natural Resources Office-Natural Resources Regulatory Group (ENRO-NRRG) headed by ENRO-NRRG OIC Nathaniel Pulido (2nd to the left, sitting) conducted a Capacity Building/ Strengthening Activity on the Implementation and Processes on the Identified Targets for Calendar Year 2022 under Mandanas-Garcia Ruling and Environmental Laws and Policies. During the activity held on April 21 at Capitol Resort Hotel, Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) Region I Executive Director Crizaldy Barcelo (2nd to the right, sitting) commended the provincial government on taking the initiative to conduct the said activity that would devolve the functions of some agencies and local government units. /LIAP (Photos by: SGR)
