TULONG PANGKABUHAYAN SA OFW PROJECT
TULONG PANGKABUHAYAN SA OFW PROJECT Since 2020, a total of 1,646 Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) in the province each receive P5,000 financial assistance from the provincial government for livelihood ventures as part of the Tulong Pangkabuhayan sa OFW Project that moves around the province to help displaced OFWs start livelihood for their families. The program which is still on-going forms part of the Abig Pangasinan Recovery program, a flagship program of Governor Amado “Pogi” I. Espino III in response to the adverse effect of the pandemic to the lives of Pangasinenses.
