NO ARMED ROBBERY – The sight of a bank armored van turned turtle could have been a scene in a car chase movie but it was a plain freak road accident along the De Venecia Highway in Dagupan City last January 28.  The speeding van driver reportedly tried to make a sudden stop to avoid colliding with an oncoming van.
