P 637.5 M WORTH OF AGRICULTURAL PROJECTS FOR PANGASINAN. Department of Agriculture Secretary William D. Dar (upper left photo) bares that the DA allotted approximately P637.5 million worth of agricultural projects for the Provincial of Pangasinan through Governor Amado I. Espino III (lower left photo) during the distribution of Rice Competitive Enhancement Fund – Rice Farmers Financial Assistance (RCEF-RFFA) and Awarding of Various DA Agricultural Interventions to Pangasinense farmers on November 5 at the Pangasinan Training and Development Center II.
