INAUGURATION OF 3 NEW BLDGS.
Governor Amado “Pogi” I. Espino III, with the Provincial Liga ng mga Barangay President Jinky Zaplan and Sangguniang Kabataan President Jerome Vic Espino, leads the inauguration of the three newly-constructed buildings namely: Two-storey Multi-Purpose Building for Basic Sector, Provincial Youth Development Center, at Children’s Library and Information Center.
