SPECIAL DRUG EDUCATION CENTER. Stakeholders convened in a three-day orientation from July 27 to 29 at the Pangasinan Training and Development Center (PTDC) II in line with the establishment and operation of Special Drug Education Center (SDEC) in the province of Pangasinan. The SDEC, which will be headed by Provincial Social Welfare and Development Officer Emilio P. Samson Jr (middle)., is a community-based facility that will promote preventive and developmental services for out-of-school youth and street children in the province.
