NAT’L ID REGISTRATION AT PROV’L GOV’T. Governor Amado I. Espino III urges Pangasinenses to sign up to the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) for national ID as he led the first day of registration for Provincial Government employees on August 2 at the Narciso Ramos Sports and Civic Center (NRSCC) Gymnasium. The PhilSys registration for Capitol employees will last until August 20.
