GROUND BREAKING OF TWO NEW MULTI-PURPOSE EVACUATION CENTERS. Governor Amado I. Espino III commits his full support to the programs and projects of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) to assist more Pangasinenses during the ground breaking ceremonies for the construction of two multi-purpose evacuation centers in Lingayen and Binmaley on July 15. Lingayen Mayor Leopoldo Bataoil, and Binmaley Mayor Simplicio Rosario expressed their gratitude towards PAGCOR for entrusting the construction of the evacuation centers in Barangay Pangapisan, Lingayen and Barangay Papagueyan, Binmaley.
