ABIG PANGASINAN IN URDANETA. Governor Amado I. Espino III reiterates call for unity, patience, and discipline among Pangasinenses as he leads the team of the Provincial Government of Pangasinan in bringing the Abig Pangasinan Karaban to the City of Urdaneta on April 21.
