DAGUPENOS MEET FOR 2008 CITY FIESTA— Mr. and Mrs. Ben and Precy Dimapilis hosted a luncheon meeting for the visiting 2008 Dagupan City Fiesta Hermano Mayor, Coun. Alfie Fernadez (in striped shirt, center) and party at their West Covina residence last Oct 11 to help promote the Pawil Dagupan program. In attendance were officers and members of the various Dagupan City civic associations of Southern California.
