1st CSI Sari-Sari Store and Livelihood Fair opens

(1) Vice Mayor Belen Fernandez and Mrs. Gina de Venecia, chair of the Congressional Spouses Foundation Inc. cut the ceremonial ribbon marking the opening of the 1st CSI Sari-Sari Store Livelihood Fair on Friday at CSI Jimmy L. Fernandez Center.
